Good morning, everybody. Let's transform some of that flubber into muscle today!

25 biceps curls (8 lb weights, all I have...)
10 push ups
1 plank
25 squats

    Yesterday was 11K. I'm usually beteen 11 and 14K....goal is always at least 10K.

    Pretty sore today. Rest day on my evening program. Just my usual cardio warmup, some mummy kicks and some yoga for morning break. I'll play the rest by ear.

    Ha ha, too cold here (27 degrees today).... plus I might scare people.....

    Wow! What a day! A real transformation happening here! ;)

    I finally got in some exercise! Hurray!

    100 each of jump ropes, stairs (with backpack), squats, and granny pushups.

    And I probably ate about 100 pieces of popcorn. <sigh>

    Got stuck in meetings all day..
    500 push ups and 100 bicep curls.. Going to spin tonite though.

    Whats the Friday name.. Also I am going to do 1000 push ups Friday if it kills me.
