I've totally fallen off the T25 schedule, but I am still continuing to work out regularly. I lift weights at the Y twice a week, Zumba once a week, have been doing the plank challenge and just started an arm challenge, and I use treadmills and bikes at the Y. I do usually knock out 1-2 Beta videos though. Today I did Speed 2.0 because I love that one.0
