I can't believe we are on Day 90!!!! I'm intent on going out with a bang today. I pushed myself a little farther on the recumbent bike today and felt amazing about that accomplishment. I'm off for a massage now, then starting crockpot dinner and back on the bike for a while. I peeked at the scale this morning and if it holds up for weigh in day tomorrow I am going to be ecstatic! :-)
