Good morning everyone.
SW: 250

CW: 220
I have managed to lose 10 pounds since joining this group. I am shocked how fast this has come off, but I know my body has a set point around here (as I am right around my high school weight).
But three cheers for making my November goal before thanksgiving! I'm really excited! :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:
