Good Morning!
Got called in to work today, brrr, it is -13*C with the windchill today. Yikes. I will be working today and tomorrow.
Got much lunch ready to go (salad with chicken, kashi bar, yogurt/cottage cheese. Hopefully there will not be any treats at work to tempt me. I don't think they start bringing things in until sometime in December so I should be safe.
Last night was my strength/cardio class. Not sure what today will be, maybe TM or stairclimber tonight. I'd like to get something in since I took Saturday as a rest day. we'll see!
Have a strong day everyone!0 -
No actual rain today (still some puddles leftover), so I took advantage and ran. ~4miles, to & along the beach (there were people playing beach paddle ball and even people swimming!). I ran the farthest on the map that I've ever run, since I usually loop back around, but this time I kept going and took the tram back. That was the middle section of the 10mile route I want to work towards. Everything before today's section is well-known and "easy", and everything after today's section is complete unknown and possibly a little too "deserted" for comfort (or maybe I'm just a paranoid city-dweller). Anyway, felt great to run again.

Also did my usual <--> school, tutor walking. Gotta get dinner and do some special exercises with my son before his tkd tonight. Monday, Monday--back to the grind.0 -
Today is another day off for me...My shoulder is still recovering from the other day when I tweaked it a bit :grumble: Tonight after work I plan on running and probably doing a leg workout.0

Did 2 mile walk around neighborhood. Sort of tired but felt good to get out.0

I hit up my friend to power walk at lunch, did 20 minutes on the elliptical as my warm-up, then had a total body workout with my trainer. Workout went fine, although I felt wimpy today.0

Monday - I did Tactical Cardio - really good. Strained my shoulder a bit doing floor work. Burnt a good number of calories though. : )0
