Finally I lost a pound after a month of not losing anything. So far I've lost 12.4 lbs for this challenge. Only 7.6 more pounds to go and I hope I can make it to the finish line I have a bad habit of eating way too much around the holidays. I really need to kick it up a notch with exercising even though I'm working alot of overtime right now and don't have much extra time.0 -

Did anyone else notice that I can't do math before my coffee?
Zanne: I actually lowered my calories by 30 this past week to account for the weight I've lost and the lower burns from circuit vs running. I noticed that when you do custom goals, MFP doesn't automatically lower your calories as you lose weight. Maybe that'll help?0 -

This week: 172.4- Not much, but I gained some earlier this week and was frustrated, so I'm glad that it's back in the right direction. Total loss: 12.6 lbs. 7.4 lbs to go before Christmas - I am optimistic but this week (Thanksgiving and our anniversary mini-vacation) might throw me off track, haha.0 -
There's quite a few of us who are nearly at or just got to the 160s!! Nearly there... but not quite... only 0.6lbs down this week, but hopefully won't be too long... gives me something to keep working for! lol
It's such an inspiration seeing everyone's weekly total's tot up though! As they say, "you've got to be in it, to win it"... we're winning, so fantastic work everyone!!

Week 8 weigh-in 164.6 . . . 1.4 lb loss. Have added kickboxing to my weekly routine, fantastic cardio and aggressive enough to be quite therapeutic! Bonus!!
Week 9 weigh-in 163.4 . . . 1.2 lb loss. My son has added another HIIT session to my week, my workout week now looks like this:
Week 10 weigh-in 161.6 . . . 1.8 lb loss. So glad to have been able to stay on program (food and exercise) with travelling for work and volunteering for Grey Cup!
