Not something I was even looking for, but I came across this loaf as part of Brumby's new 'Get Active' range. The Swiss Soy & Linseed bread with a decent amount of protein and fibre, tastes good too, just like a regular multigrain bread.

Here is the nutritional info for anyone interested (for two sandwich slices (68g)):

171 cal
P = 11.6g
F = 4g
C = 18.6g (1.8g sugar)
and 6.4g fibre

... and in case anyone asks, no I don't work for them. :happy:

    that is a ridiculous P/C ratio for bread! Is it full of meat? :laugh:

    Will check it out.
  • I was just there today arghh!!! I didn't see that range there, but I will definitely keep my eyes peeled for it- AWESOME macros for bread ! Nice find :)

    Has anyone found a bread that is low calorie?

    I've never been a big bread eater, so I never think 150+ calories for 2 slices is worth it!
