How does everyone track?

Paper log?

The app (which doesn't work with iOS7 update--grrrr, but maybe it works somehow on other devices?)?

Jefit?

Other app?

Good ole fashion brain/memory?

I think the app works you just can't change the weight, but OK if you are starting out with the bar, I think anyway, don't use the app as don't follow SL anymore.

I have each 6 week cycle on good old paper that I take with me and then scribble all over it :)

on an android app called Lifting Buddy, but this is becoming limited as I want to move away from the programme as written. I tried Jefit but couldn't get my head around how to do live updates and work for me. Might need to revisit it!

I keep track on here actually. That way anytime I want to go back and double check my lifts it's right here.

During my workout I keep track in a spreadsheet as well then transfer over here.

I use an Android app called FitNotes to track sets/reps at the gym and I use the SL spreadsheet that Mehdi offered with the program download to track my workouts.

I made a spreadsheet and printed it out and just fill it in by hand. Every few workouts, I type the numbers in the spreadsheet so I can look at the pretty graph of upward trends.

I was using an Android app, biglifts or something like that, but it assumes 5# added every workout, and I got tired of manually changing it every single time I used it, so I scrapped it. The nice thing was that it did have a rest timer, but I have a clock on my phone that can do the same thing.

I have a small notebook I keep track of it all. I think it has workouts in there from July! LOL. I find the phone too distracting and the little notebook is easier to flip around to see what I did a few weeks back.

I use a little notebook too. The hard part is finding the pen!

I'm going back to the JEFIT app. I tried the SL's app but I can't change the weight either due to my iPhone update as well. It's great at keeping the history but it's no better than JEFIT, and at least using JEFIT you can change weights as well as sets, it has an adjustable rest timer and you can also see the exercise practiced on the app if needed. I was using it for other weight training exercises and stopped once I started SL's. So going back to it now. If I get sick of it I'll start using paper.
