Good Morning everyone!! Welcome to Week 2 Day 3! I want to wish everyone a great day. You're doing an awesome job. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving so I'm making sure I get in my workouts in today and tomorrow. I am not going to stress about what I'm eating tomorrow, because I'm going to declare it a "calorie free day". It's a day of giving Thanks and being with family not worrying about calories. I have Core Speed on my schedule today. I'm substituting that one in for Speed 3.0 because my shoulders can't take all of the burpees in that one.

Good morning - this morning I did both Ab Sculpt and Fat Burning Cardio. Tomorrow will definitely be a rest day - my parents and sister made it up from Naples, Florida last night and mom is baking 11 pies today!! I have 19 people coming tomorrow to feast and am looking forward to having my entire family together for the first time in about 7 years!!

Heading to the gym after work (Wednesday) and working at home while preparing for our Thanksgiving celebration. Hope to use my bike for at least 30 minutes while waiting for the turkey.

Hello all! My check ins have been very infrequent due to my crazy busy schedule lately. So excited to have the next four days off, just have to make it through the rest of the day!!!
My workouts since last check in have been decent. I ran 3 miles Sunday and did Zumba Monday night and burned a ton of calories. Worked late last night and have company coming in tonight so no workout from me yesterday or today. Tomorrow morning my sister and I are running a 5 miles "Gallop and Gorge" race pre-Thanksgiving and the temps are going to be COLD, only in the 20's!
I peeked at the scale this morning and I was up 0.1 since last week. :grumble: I plan to get some runs in over the long weekend and will work to manage my caloric intake, but I'll be happy to come out without a gain at next week's weigh in.

I got in two separate workouts on my recumbent bike today. So aggravated because the first time the HRM did not log it so I had to use the MFP calculation. but did the same workout routine (hills and all) the second time and it wound up not being that far off, so I was a little less aggravated lol.
My brother that lives in Pittsburgh got in today so it was a big sibling/kids night tonight. So excited for tomorrow!0
