I've got a few overlaps on groups, so first goal is to meet my current goals:
~11lbs left to my Christmas challenge goal
~ stick with my program and do my 10 day check in next week and my 30th day on 12/25
Then during the rest of this 90 period....
~Complete day 60
~Complete day 90 and post a mini-success (or success) story depending on where I am
I'd like to be down at least another 30 (following xmas goal) and see good reduction in my inches. If I make it to xmas goal + 30more that'd be 54.5lb loss in 18 weeks. It seems unattainable but I went from non-controlled portions and carbs, to controlling and I'm now working out 6 days a week, so we will see!0 -

my weight is 109 kg now. I want to lose 9 kg. (be 100 kg) , at my current fat/muscle ratio, that would result in 15% bodyfat.
if I reach 15% bodyfat before I reach 100 kg, that is also acceptable
I would also like to be able to run 5k. time is not important, as long as I can run it within the end of the 90 days0 -

I want to lose 3 kg in the next 3 months and have a good workout (cardio, stretching, and a little bit of weights) 4 times/week.
I am trying to set a moderate goal b/c I have a tendency to set the bar too high, then never follow-through, so I'm hoping to stick with this and lose weight/get in shape, "slow and steady."
I could definitely use accountability/encouragement to help me stay on track instead of yo-yoing around *again*, so please feel free to friend me. :-)0 -
My goal:
Lose (again) the 15 lbs I HAD lost. Ultimate to lose 20 lbs and hit my goal weight of 110 lbs.
To make myself as much of a priority as my daughter and hubby.0 -
Goal: To lose 5-10% body fat.
Starting Strong Lifts 5x5 Dec 1 as well as an IF diet using LeanGains. With the goal of dropping from 21% BF to hopefully around 17% or less. The original goal was February. So this challenge will fit in very well.
Feel free to add me.0 -

I too am doing the Christmas Challenge and am happy to have a new one that will pick up where that leaves off. Currently I am about 169 (weigh in for me is tomorrow), down from 190 this fall. Goal is 163 by Christmas, and I'll add a goal of 150 lbs. by March 1st. Currently, 150 lbs. is my goal weight, although I may readjust once I get there :-)
Also, I want to finish the 30 Day Shred (working through this in far more than 30 days!), and keep running at least 4 times a week. Through the holidays I am doing the Runner's World Holiday Running Streak (run at least a mile per day from Thanksgiving through Jan. 1st).0 -
My overall goal is to lose 50lb. If I do that in 90 days then I will be well chuffed however, I'm aiming for 20lb. I want to set realistic goals and to be honest, not lose the weight too quickly. I'd rather spend these 90 days focusing on getting into a proper routine that I know I can maintain.
I'll have a bit of a set-back as my new gym doesn't actually open until 14th December. The gym I used to go to has changed its opening times so I can no longer go first thing in a morning - which is the only time I know for certain I can make it.
I've spent 6 weeks away from the gym and I'm itching to get back. This new gym is part of a big chain and offer over 40 classes a week so I'm hoping to join the body pump and spinning classes. It also opens an hour earlier than my other gym which is great as I can get there for 6am now and spend longer there.0
