Wow, I am so proud of everyone who has already achieved their 20 lb loss! You must feel amazing!! But I'm even more proud of people who stay the same, or even gain, and STILL come in here and post and stay honest. That takes courage, and we know you're going to reach your goal even if you do it more slowly than you hoped. Keep at it!!!!

Great week everyone! American Thanksgiving this week - let's not let one day derail us!
I pledge to put those big girl pants on and prepare ahead for Thursday and balance any indulgences with extra workouts the rest of the week. I will be here Saturday to log whatever that scale says. I hope to see all of you here.0 -
