The December challenge doesn't officially start until December 1st. Today and tomorrow I will be posting practice sign-ins, so you can see how the group will work.
You don't have to participate in the practice sign-ins. If you choose to participate in the practice sign-ins and you slip up, you won't be removed from the group--it's just practice.
Very important: You may answer "no" to any of these questions during practice sign-ins. But once the challenge begins on December 1st, you must answer "yes" to all questions or you will be removed from the group.

Yes.
You could answer for November 29th at the very end of the 29th (before you go to bed), on the 30th, on the 31st, or on December 1st. You have three days, because I know not everyone goes online every day.
But you have to account for every single day--not just one day out of every three. Let's say you sign-in for the first time on December 3rd. Your sign-in post should go:
December 1st, 2nd, 3rd:
stayed within my calorie budget: yes
exercised 20+ minutes: yes
tracked everything: yes0 -
So one doesn't get kicked out for not logging on daily?
Happy with today, all worked out ok, cycled to and from work, did some strengh training and I'm 300 calories in credit.
