Help! Just began w/Keto, bp coffee confused w/ mfp

Hello there,

As a former raw vegan (3 years), raw omnivore who used intermittent fasting (sans pb) for the last two years, I am now suffering from adrenal stress and fat gain.

I am confused on how to plan my meals for keto lifestyle (I know which foods to eat/not eat- but the grams/measurements confuse me). Is there an easy way to do this?

I logged in all my food here on mfp, but it reflected I am eating TOO MUCH.... crazy thing is that I have actually lost weight this past week (and feeling lots of energy!). Is there a setting for keto on mfp?
How do you use the calculator (which I imagine is more so set up for more 'traditional' diets?).

Can you direct me to samples of meal planning/meal maps?

This is what I eat on most days and according to the mfp I will be HUGE if I eat this way. I thought I was eating well.
Please help!

Thank you

there isn't a "keto" setting, mores the pity, but if you customise your tracker you can adjust the % of fat, carbs and protien you should be having. i have my carb set at 5%

your foods look fine to me, and if you are losing then you are doing it right. but if you are worried about the total amount you are taking in maybe swap out your snacks for a serving of almonds.

    EDIT:
    my favorite websites so far:

Both have meal ideas, info posts and such

Here are a couple of my favorite keto sites --

reddit keto FAQ -- read this all the way through. It will answer so much!
    http://www.reddit.com/r/keto/wiki/faq

Keto subreddit - great for recipes, general info, and inspiring success stories
    http://www.reddit.com/r/keto/

Keto calculator - help figure out your calorie, carb, protein, and fat targets for configuring MFP
    http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/

    For configuring MFP
My Home -> Goals -> Change Goals
    Select Custom and hit continue
Then configure according to the values recommended by the keto calculator. Carbs to 5%, Protein to 20-30% and Fat to 65-75% (use the keto calculator above - it will provide you with the values to use).

Caveman keto has a pretty good meal plan - www.cavemanketo.com

    Hope that helps!

P.s. If you read this in time, Amazon has a free keto ebook cookbook today --
