Weekly Weigh-ins

Today I weigh 181.6 and my goal is to lose 10lbs by New Years! I want to start 2014 off on the right foot and 10lbs closer to a healthier body. Join me in weekly Wednesday weigh-ins and share your goals, challenges, tips, and successes!!

    I'm 176 today by the skin of my teeth. Thanksgiving was a real eye opener for me. I didn't eat too many calories above goal but it made me really sick the day after. No more feasts for me. :sick:

    My goal is to start 2014 with a BMI that is classified as overweight and no longer obese. I also want to shop on the regular sizes not Plus.

    Hey, Thanks for inviting me to this group. Is it okay if I shoot for 7? That's a little over 1.5 per week. Last time I weighed myself, I was 187.6- but that was the day before Thanksgiving- the days following were no good either, so I may have gained 1 solid pound (not just water weight). I did not weigh this morning, so I will bring my weight here tomorrow morning.

    OKAY! Starting weight: 189. I will use Tuesday as my weigh-in day.
