Dec. 4th sign-ins

FAQ of the day: You don't have to sign in every day, though you do have to account for every day. You have a three-day grace period for sign-ins. For example, you have December 1st, 2nd, and 3rd to sign in for December 1st. On the 4th (today), I will boot anyone who hasn't signed in for the 1st.

You guys are really kicking butt this month! Go you!

    Yes - it was cleaning as it was still 30C (that's 86 degrees F) at 10pm so too hot to do major exercise

    Did I stay within the calorie budget I set for myself today? Yes. Had a lunch date with DH today, so I set my limit for "maintaining" instead of "losing" today, and enjoyed it. :-)

    Did I stay within the calorie budget I set for myself today? Yup, increased budget by about 40-50 calories so I have 1400 a day rather than 1350, a small change but it's made a big difference! :)
