Ha ha! I am DONE!! Including the 40 around the worlds. I did 3 sets of the main exercises (I was only able to get a total of 9 burpees though). I started with the jump rope and made it to two minutes. My legs were on fire, but it got done! That's probably why I couldn't do all the burpees. This was a crazy workout. You need a whoopin' for that one! Day 5: HERE WE COME!!

Done, and would I be bragging if I said I did 25 diamond push ups? Oh well, I did and I am getting deeper on them as well. Goodness I love the strength Body Beast is bringin this body!0
