Day 4- 60 Squats/1 MIN Push Ups/1 MIN Plank/1 MIN Wall Sit/60 Crunches

I JUST did mine-bleh! Definitely prefer working out in the AM. . . But I hate waking up at 5! How are you guys feeling?

    so far so good..... the wall sits are not as bad as they were, they still stink, but overall...... :laugh:
