OK, how are you doing?
I'll be honest, I am struggling to get this done.... the holidays, work, family, stress are really getting to me. I am finding the one thing I am consistant with trying to make sure I get in every day, is the one thing on this list that I hate the most.... the wall sits!! I don't know why and it seems to be the one I go do…
Anyone get today's done?
I got everything but the crunches and a little under half the squats done. I meant to do it this evening, but I got caught up in the run I went on.

Noticed one hasn't been created for day 5. Holy moly, my butt is feeling it now! How did everyone else do today?
Day 4
Ack- sorry so late!! Day 4- 60 Squats/1 MIN Push Ups/1 MIN Plank/1 MIN Wall Sit/60 Crunches I JUST did mine-bleh! Definitely prefer working out in the AM. . . But I hate waking up at 5! How are you guys feeling?
Day 3
50 Squats/1 MIN Push Ups/1 MIN Plank/1 MIN Wall Sit/50 Crunches How'd you do? Which part is most difficult? Mine is definitely the ab work- yowza! But I'm loving that I'm feeling it. It means the excersise is working. And I can't wait till it starts feeling easier!
Day 2
Day 2- 40 Squats/1 MIN Push Ups/1 MIN Plank/1 MIN Wall Sit/50 Crunches DONE-before work even thankyaverymuch :wink: Just a thought-I was looking ahead to when the numbers get cuh-razy high. I'm thinking on those days I'll split the types of crunches/squats-like sumo squats, oblique crunches, etc. Hopefully it'll help those…

30 Squats/1 MIN Push Ups/1 MIN Plank/1 MIN Wall Sit/50 Crunches DONE! How are you feeling? Not going to lie-it was tough! But I haven't worked out in awhile and I know my muscles will rebound. I'm excited!
