I am going to head out on a cold, drizzly run in about 5 minutes. Lets hope I meet no ice!0

Planned a great run...it got cut short due to the downpour of really cold, freezing rain...34 degrees!!! But mile for day 8 is done!!!0

I walked the dogs 1.4 miles. Tomorrow is back to running.0

The base hosted a 5K Reindeer Run. Terry and I walked it with a couple jogging sprints mixed in. Fortunately we caught it before weather got nasty here in Columbus.0

Got in a 1.35 mile walk today after doing some spinning.. Got a little chilly since I was in short sleeves, already sweaty and it being a cool 48 degrees here in CA..0
