Hey Everyone!!
I'm looking for new ideas for meals around 400 calories, especially lunches. I'm getting so bored with my salads. Anyone who has an open diary who would like to share?

Mine is open, I haven't been eating super clean lately but I'm still under my calorie goal. Here are some sights to check out

My favorite lunch is: soft flour tortilla shell (medium I think), smear with pizza sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and microwave for 30 seconds. Two of these is 235 calories and they are hot food on cold days.0

Soups, homemade sandwiches, lots of fruit and vegetables. A grilled mcdonald's snack wrap is under 400.0

Diary isn't open, but my favorite is probably a wrap (salads are always good too). I always put a protein, lettuce, tomato, and sauce. Then I will play with the rest....maybe add rice, beans, fruits, etc. I've even used them at breakfast on occasion. The choices are endless. I even did a PB&J before. :laugh: We also seem to have BOGO on flatbreads of all kinds a lot. They usually are 90-110 calories for one.
Another idea are baked potato with 'stuff'.....chili, soup, beans, etc. Anything but loaded!!! :bigsmile:

I keep lunch simple: either a peanut butter on whole grain oatmeal bread or a can of drained tuna on the oatmeal bread. I keep a loaf of bread at work, as well as a jar of peanut butter and a few cans of tuna. I eat the same lunch everyday because I don't really care about lunch - but I really want a good dinner!0
