Week Day 6

    Mine is great so far. I feel accomplished. I finished week 5 day 3 of c25k. I never thought I would be able to run 20 min straight. Because I never have before. Hope everyone has a great day

    Nice job! I am just starting a 5k training plan. I can't wait to be at your pace.

    Good morning, gang! I got in a 40 minute jog/walk today. 10 min jog and 30 min walk. I did it outside today instead of on the treadmill. What a difference! I can go 15-20 minutes jogging in intervals on the treadmill. I was struggling outside for whatever reason. I will have to use the treadmill to build endurance and get outside more often if this 5k training thing is going to work. My sister just told me today that she wants me to do a second 5k with her in mid-February. It's a nighttime 5k with all kinds of lights in Orlando somewhere. Hmmm...I told her yes but I am a little apprehensive since I will do two in a two week timeframe. I can do this!

    I have a holiday party tonight, followed by a party with the Zumba class. It will be a busy night. the 2.5 hour Zumbathon is tomorrow!
