Breaking through a stall?

A couple weeks ago I hit the 50 lb mark. I was so excited because I was a third of the way through with my weight loss in only the first 6 weeks :D. Then... My weight loss stalled like an old, beat up car. I've been going back and fourth between 159 and 160 for weeks. I've tried being super meticulous about logging my food. I've tried drinking A LOT of water. I upped my protein. I even went back a stage. Nothing seems to be working. Has anyone here ever hit a stubborn stall and how did you break through?
