Started back up in the gym and running fresh this week... I didn't really have a high calorie burn today 659 in 80 minutes. I ran my normal 5k route today still a bit sore from the 10k on Saturday so a bit slower pace today. Then into the gym for a back and abs workout was feeling kind of sluggish and my stomach wasn't coroperating with me today felt kind of blah. So I finally stopped in just under an hour and well hopefully do better tomorrow morning. It's not the best start to my workout week but at least I got in there this morning

I realized after I was already in bed last night that I never posted yesterday!
Yesterday was my cardio cross-train day at the gym - did 20 minutes on the bike (5 minute warm-up, 10 minute speed intervals, 5 minute cool-down), 20 minutes on the ATM cross-trainer (interval program), 25 minutes on the treadmill (20 minutes doing the variety program & a 5 minute cooldown), and finally 11 minutes with the foam roller. In the afternoon I raked snow off the roof for 26 minutes, which is actually pretty exhausting.
Today I plan to walk on the TrekDesk at work for an hour, then have a trainer session after work. Roads are icy again today so hopefully I get there in time.0 -
I am always posting later than everyone...west coast here!
Going to do treadmill in awhile...errands first. Finished 3/4 of my xmas cards. And have two b'days of family to send out...feel sorry for them!
Have mini holiday party with 3 other couples at friends up higher so great view of all the lights in town!0 -
Stayed home with lil girl today b/c DH had to see a client over towards son's lessons. Lots of housework (floors etc), prepping to put up the Christmas tree and to finally get several LOADS of stuff out to charity later this week. Also Winter rug scheduled for delivery Friday (yesss!). It's gonna be another stupid busy week, but I have to get some of these things taken care of before the holidays and before school let's out for break. So today I just worked on lifts at home some more (some heavy, some not-so-much; but ALL focusing on form and -hopefully-proper core action). Any day with deadlifts is a good day. My diet is still in the good--yay!0

Only got 30 minutes on the TrekDesk (then someone asked me to come help with something), but ran a mile before my trainer session and another mile & a half after, so good enough.0
