My favorite foods

Ok so I'd thought I'd just share a few of my favorite healthy foods!
1.) all natural peanut butter
Omg peanut butter is seriously the best especially when it's all natural! No need for those extra oils and sugar. It tastes so much better in its true state, and I feel better eating it. It's one of my favorite sources of protein. I love it in oatmeal, English muffins, and celery.
2.) sweet potatoes
All I can say about these is that they're a taste of healthy perfection. They are so nutritious and totally packed with vitamin A. (On days I eat them I usually reach up to 700% of my daily value of vitamin A) they taste heavenly when baked. I don't even put any toppings on them because Mother Nature has perfected it herself. They also keep me really full. Sometimes I'll bake one the night before and slice it into wedges and brin it for lunch.
3.) Trail Mix
I could probably live off of trail mix if I had to. There are so many great varieties. Sometimes I like buying the premise ones at the store but lately I've been making my own. I add walnuts, almonds, dried berries, and yogurt covered raisins. It's amazing and I always look forward to it when I pack it for lunch.
