December Week 2 Mini Challenges

Welcome to week 2 mini challenge. We are repeating last weeks format.
We all try to stay within our calorie limit soI am not going to say that every day..
Most of you try to do some form of cardio every day so I am going to let you choose 30 minutes of cardio.
What I will post is a strength and a fun food challenge.
The difference is you have to post that you are in for the challenge and again when you finish it....
Monday Mini Challenge
Give up one of your favorite foods..
Do 150 crunches
Tuesday Mini Challenge
Don't eat after 8pm
Do 100 push-ups
Wednesday Mini Challenge
Eat 2 fruits and 3 veggies
Do 100 squats.
Thursday Mini Challenge
Home cook everything today
Do (10) 15 second planks
Friday Mini Challenge
Try something new today.
Do 100 lunges (50 each leg)
Saturday Mini Challenge
Choose healthy snack
Do 50 dumbbell shoulder presses http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-aVuyhvLHU
Sunday Mini Challenge
Enjoy a well deserved relaxing day
Have a great week and keep smiling ????????

I am in this week! But I only just saw this and it is already 5 pm here, so I might not be able to give up a favourite food today. Already eaten both bread and crisps today :sad: And at this point in the day, anything else is easy. I might add this part on to tomorrow's challenge!
Did 50 crunches earlier, so will go and get another 100 in now :noway:

Ok, I was hoping you would do the same format this week,yay! I'm in big time this week and MY GOAL is to say focus the WHOLE week! I WILL complete the WHOLE week, GOOG LUCK EVERYONE!

Well, I just noticed there was a group for the challenge today...so here I am!
I do pretty good (usually) with my eating during the week, so there was no food I wanted to give up today. I will claim the homemade ice cream cake that I skipped last night when I fed it to my kids (leftover from my son's birthday.)
And for crunches, I'm in another challenge that has me doing a lot of core work, so I didn't want to add a million more...but I *do* have 150 total core reps for the day; that's just from a variety of reps, not all crunches.0 -
just noticed this so ive already missed out Monday and Tuesday - so I might just start as tomorrow being Monday0

missed Monday but in for Tues, trying to make up push-ups for Monday too. We'll see how that goes...lol0

Well, I ate Greek yogurt after 8pm...and I only got to 60 push-ups!
But that's more than I would have done otherwise...

OK missed Monday, Tuesday I didn't get dinner until 9pm so fail.
Wed- have 150 crunches, have 40 push-ups and am still working on squats. Have my fruit and veggies
I will catch up...:grumble:0
