I'm starting a fat fast today after picking up Dana Carpender's book. The recipes look great. My question is - do I eat back exercise calories? Nothing is mentioned about this in her book. But since the daily calorie intake is around 1,000 (1,200 max) I thought that I should. I don't do super intense workouts most days, so we're talking around 200 calories.

Since there's no reply: I'd say no, don't eat back your calories. The calories you eat should be the total intake, imo. (but I let it give me a little more wiggle room)
