Curious about Free T4 that just won't come up.....

To start off, I FEEL pretty good- so this is just something I'm more curious about than anything. In August I Switched to Tirosint 112 mg from Levoxyl 88mg (so an increase in dosage). I'm also on cytomel 30 mcg a day, a dosage that hasn't changed.
Every since, my Free T3 level keeps going up and up and up, while my Free T4 level has gone DOWN by .2. I'm "in range" with my endo, although my naturopath wants my Free T4 higher.
Anyone else experienced this? It seems like my body is converting the tirosint better, but my free T4 level is going down?

I am having this issue also - I feel really great (on 120 mg Armour in the morning, 5 mcg cytomel in the afternoon), but my Free T4 has gone down, my Free T3 has gone up, and my reverse T3 has also gone up (autoimmune flare-up?).
I have a doctor's appointment in a few days. I will ask about this and also ask if it is a cause for concern (T4 is the storage hormone, so if it's not there to be converted into T3, will I start feeling like crap again?).0 -

Just found this - wondering if your Reverse T3 is also high?

Take a look at stopthethyroidmadness.com. This website has really opened my eyes to the medications prescribed and the lack of testing being done for thyroid patients. There are also some Facebook groups that are marvelous support and full of education from people just like us. Good luck.0
