We all here do exercise, it doesn't matter what kind of exercise you do, in this app - which I use - you can track everything you do, sync the information with myfitnesspal. Have a look at the app, here's the link:

There are a few apps you can download to your mobile that will help you with pain and fibromyalgia. You can access the website also of those apps at your computer.

    I wish I had a smart phone again. I have one that can access WiFi, tried looking for it today in my room but with a toddler around who knows where it is.....

    sorry to hear that but it would be most useful for you! I have about 4 pps now that I use to control all my daily life - pains levels, exercise, food and medicine articles on Fibromyalgia
