CLX RESTART Burn Circuit for December

Hey there, I restarted CLX recently and I was wondering if anyone else was also in the burn circuit. I'm starting week three, just doing the weight portions. I have carpet all throughout my house and its too hard to do the cardio on the carpet. I'm hoping for a treadmill for Christmas that will help with my cardio on the other days.

    We recently moved into a new home and have carpet in our tv areas too. I feel your pain!

    I'm pushing through a CHX/TF Hybrid, so I wouldn't be following your schedule but by the time you get to Lean, I should be there too!

    I hope you find a good mfp partner!

    I finished the 1st week of CLX, then life went crazy and I haven't done any exercise this week other than being on my feet for work all day. I'm trying to decide if I should just pick up at week 2 or start over on Monday.

    It couldn't hurt to start over, but the 4 weeks are the same rotation. I would say if you start at week 1 again, by the time you get to week 3 you can decide if you are ready to move on or want to do an extra week.

    So call it-- week 2 with option to extend :)
