    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes - I couldn't be bothered to go for a run but in the end forced myself to a spin class and the crazy lady made us do hills for over an hour!! Should have gone for that run!

    Im not sure when I last check in because I have been away from a computer for a few days. Anyway I have managed to keep within maintenance calories all week (which is what I am going for for the month of December, I decided it is just too hard and not worth it to try and lose weight this month), I have gotten at least 20 minutes of exercise every day and I have tracked everything that I ate.

    GUESS I'M OUT FOR DECEMBER :sad: :sad: :sad: I HAVE HAD A VERY VERY EMOTIONAL DAY. IF I COULD JUST RUN AWAY RIGHT NOW I WOULD. Has anyone ever had one of those days where you think you just can't go another minute with a smile on your face? That is me today.....I have held the tears in so long today. Every time I think I can go cry here comes someone and I have to put that smile back on.

    Still here. Today was a much better day although I didn't make it to the gym. I was exhausted when I woke up this morning and decided to be lazy. I ended up doing my calisthenics and stretches this afternoon and then took the dog for a little walk right before dark. We both enjoyed that. That's her in my new avatar.............LOL

    I will be quite surprised if I've lost any weight this past week but will weigh myself tomorrow or Tuesday anyway........yikes.
