Hi, I just joined your group today. I discovered 80 10 10 about 2 weeks ago through my husband. He was following blogs of long distance runners and decided to try it. We just go Dr. Graham's book, so I haven't finished it yet, but I am up to the part about low fat being important so that the fruit sugars are metabolized properly. I was wondering what kind of dressings people are using to jazz up their salads. Thanks

I have really liked mango and tomato blended together either as is or with a little basil & oregano.

The original recipe was from a raw soup and I believe was 7 small tomatos to 1 mango.

Otherwise I just use half and avocado or a small amount of tahini blended with zucchini.

I keep things super simple..I usually just blend tomatoes and a pepper, then use a bunch of nutritional yeast. Sometimes I do it without the pepper and use chia seeds to thicken.

They say in the 811 recipie book that any soup can be used as a dressing :)
I had mango and red pepper tonight.
Still working from the sample menus that are in the book.
