strength training for core

Options
what are your favourite pregnancy-friendly strength training exercises for your core? I enjoy planks, modified side planks, and that one where you are on your hands and knees and extend your opposite arm and leg.

    Same here for planks but also zumba gets my core good too , that is what gave me definition there. :)

    I swear by planks. my daughter is 6 months old now, my tummy was flat a few days after birth. I'm 17 weeks with my 4th baby and stomach is still flat. Easier on my back than crunches. I also do knee lifts (until I get bigger)
