Let us get charged up for the last half of December. The goal is to beat the new year's tradition and make those changes now. It starts today. Do not think of what you can cut out or not eat, but consider what activity you can add each day. For each day until January 1st, I challenge you to add an extra activity to each day. For my day one: I will go up and down the stairs at home ten times, consecutively and aside from normal routine.

I bought myself a fitbit the week before Thanksgiving and set a goal of 10,000 steps/day beyond my usual exercise. The days I work this is no problem. The days I'm at home I tend to be very sedentary other than my workouts and I've let myself slack off on my goal. I'm recommitting to 10,000 steps everyday, but if I do 2 workouts in a day I can wear the fitbit for 1 of them0
