250 push ups
50 bicep curls.

ok panda.. Goals today are 750 push ups, 200 bicep curls and 200 side twists.

    The pledge thing works for me i realized so lets do that again.

    30 knee up pushups - 10
    50 regular pushups
    3 sets of abs, 25 reps
    3 minutes of side obliques plank (total)
    100 squats - 30
    50 lunges - 15
    100 jumping squats

    geerunz, I hope everything works out... I heard about that but fortunately don't shop at the Target around here (too far away). I did change the password on my gmail because those were compromised recently.

    Sims that was when I ran the Fort Myers marathon 11/10. We didn't go to the beach while we were there but did walk out on the boardwalk and the beach was very nice. I have to say here in Florida we have some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. If your going in that area check out St. Armands circle, they have great shops and a great beach. I stayed out there a few years ago in a little hotel about a block from the water.....amazing.

    LOL, sims.... I like the photo of my collie because she is better looking than I am.... I do have some photos of myself behind her picture, but they are almost a year old. I will have to dig up a friend to shoot some new ones.
