Let's go ahead and make our game plan in order to shed those extra holiday pounds!

Don't wait until after the new year! It's on a Wednesday and that's not how you want to spend your Hump day :) Starting on Sunday 12/29/13. You will have a 3 day head start on all the newbies at the gym in January!!

It will be *Spring Break* before you know it. That's right, only 10 weeks in this challenge, you can do it.
