    Erghhhh lost the challenge on the last day of the month. We went to the restaurant and that killed my day:( So unhappy:explode: Disgusted.

    For next time: Jumping Jacks A walk anything will help those calories!
    And remember no reason to feel disgust. We ALL stumble! That is why the challenge is good for you!!! You made it for 30 days! Get your head up high! You did it!

    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes I did, walked w/co worker in park for 1 hr 14 min tracked via Runkeeper
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes I sure did, under budget
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yup I did, down to the 3 wendys fries that ended up on my tray :)

    It was late and we were at a party for the new year and could not go for a walk. I had to burn over 300 cals and that would mean over 45 mins walk.

    But I will try to do better next month. I thought I had almost completed the challenge but losing on last day was disappointing.
