For the rest of December, I'll be posting practice sign-ins, so you'll get an idea of how the group works. You don't have to participate in the practice sign-ins. If you choose to participate and you slip up, it's okay--it's just practice.

Remember: You can answer "no" to any of these questions during practice sign-ins. But once January hits, the challenge will officially begin and you'll have to answer "yes" to all of these questions in order to remain in the challenge.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes though the quick add calories is an estimate cuz the box says this many calories for this much of an amount. I only had a few of each not 4-5 so I figure at least an extra hundered and 30 calories should cover it

    Lulu, so sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. :cry: The good thing is that you are in much better shape now, so maybe recovery with be swift. Happy New Year too you too, stay safe and see ya next year!! :drinker:

    If I understand you correctly, the amount said 4 and you had 2 ( as an example). Just pick the item on MFP and the amount would be .50 ( in that example). I hope that makes since. Then it's not really a guesstimate. Just a suggestion!! :flowerforyou:
