Glad to hear you are still human!!! You got this, since you are so hard on yourself I have no doubt you will make it. !
It was late and we were at a party for the new year and could not go for a walk. I had to burn over 300 cals and that would mean over 45 mins walk.
But I will try to do better next month. I thought I had almost completed the challenge but losing on last day was disappointing.0
