    OK Dave,
New challenge for the two of us for the month. No injuries for the entire month. What do you think? Are you in?

I'm torn on a goal. There are several variables that could put me way over or under.

Butters closes eyes and will take a stab at 300 miles this month.

January gets really busy at work and the weather is unpredictable, but I'm going to keep my goal at 125 miles. I'll just have to keep at it the days I do have time. (Hey, it's a new year and optimism wins. )

    Yay for optimism!

I know, I know.....I have been quite a disappointment the last couple of months for this challenge. I am working on juggling everything and getting back on track.

    My goal is 50 miles.

    Thanks for being so patient.

December was a poor month for me movement wise. I didn't totally flake out but I was significantly under goal after reaching goal two months straight. So I'm not giving myself a free pass here:

I am going to challenge myself to 150 miles

I am going to set myself a goal of 100 miles for January. We'll see how things shape up. This is my first time doing this challenge, hopefully it all goes smoothly. =)

Although i blasted through my goal in December, i think i will keep it the same as i am hoping to play more tennis this month.

So put me down for 320 miles - it will be cycling.

Thanks again Dave for all your work on this! You know we all appreciate it and it keeps us going.

Hi everyone and happy new year to you all

I am cutting my target in half this month because I aim to do more kettlebells. I haven't the time to do both. If I find I am going to overtake my target I will 'up' it if that is ok.

My target for January is 75 miles.

Finally coming back! I've missed my last few months without a MYA challenge.
Please put me down for 100 miles!
