On your marks... Get set....

So is everyone ready for the start of the challenge tomorrow? I can't print out the schedule until Thursday when I am back at work but then it will be being pinned up on my new motivation wall so I can see my progress!

Can't wait to hear how everyone gets on with their first few days!

Remember it doesn't matter how long it takes you or how many breaks you have to take between reps the important part is making the effort to try and to keep going ????

I'm ready to go! The only exercise I'm a little worried about is the sit ups. I can do crunches but sit ups are not easy for me. But I'm ready to give it my best.

    Let's go!

Yes! Is there anyway I can get the chart bigger? I tried copy and pasting it into Word but it just made it blurry. Any suggestions?

I am so excited to start the challenge. The planks terrify me, as planks always have been hard for me. But I'm ready to get going with it.

Day one done! I teamed it with a few other 30 Day challenges, made a nice 15min workout. Perfect for days when I don't have much time before work...can't do sit-ups good to save my life though.

    Day one = done!!
The sit ups are definitely going to be the worse part of this challenge. I've done a lot of crunches over the years but these were my first sit-ups in a very long time.

I highlighted it and printed as a picture. Came out great.

Got them done with my other challenges. Sit ups were fine, but I don't think I will be saying that by day seven even. But then I will be breaking them into 10 per group. :) Just saying, ow!

Day one done here too. Think I may also pair it up with the other 30 day challenges just to get a longer workout.

I just finished Day 1. The sit-ups and planks were the most challenging.
