    Posted on the other one, but figured I'd post here as well. xD Completed my day 2. Feeling it from yesterday, so it's going to really stack up I think until the rest day to give my abs a rest. But I feel so proud that I'm going through this challenge and pushing myself through it.

    Today is my REST DAY...must shop and cook for the weekend...I will be doing these on Saturday! :happy:

    I think that the morning is best for me too after having breakfast and doing some exercise. And I feel energized the whole day! feels good :)

    Day two done too! :) Was really tough especially as i did it after all my ab exercises I do at the gym! Bring on the abs of steel!!

    I love daily posts, thanks so much. Got it done. And since I actually like planks I did a full minute on my forearms.

    Totally agree. I did it early right after completing my Leslie Sansone DVD.

    Today was Ab day at my work gym also, lol. Anywho day two is officially DONE!

    We are having quite the blizzard here right now so I may have to do these at home tomorrow. I find it easier to do at the gym during my cardio or workout session while the energy is flowing.

    to be honest i a almost didn't do it and am now posting at 9:30 at night
