Hey all!
So I was wondering if anyone would be interested in msging me daily to check in with eachother. I'm a recovery compulsive overeater, gained 20 lbs last year, fell in love with fitness this past summer and have been eating pretty clean. School year started up again, I eat great during the week because I plan my meals the night before. Friday night hits and all I want to do is eat! So, I'd love a buddy (preferably young female) who wants accountability and can provide me with accountability! Thanks in advance, shoot me a message/add me as a friend or comment below!

I would definitely find this helpful for myself too. I have really been struggling lately; the fact that I love to do holiday baking isn't helping. I feel so out of control lately0

Hi there! This sounds great and I think it would really help me a lot. I've been struggling recently and the holidays aren't helping!0

I would love some accountability as well! Overeating has always been a struggle, but some life changes this year led me to start binging pretty badly twice a week... which led me to gain 25 very unwanted pounds . I'd love to take the weight off, but my first priority is to stop the binging. I'm just sick of feeling bloated, guilty, and out of control. Just a few days without binging make me feel so much better, even if I overeat or don't eat the healthiest of foods. My goal is to make it through January binge-free. Three days down, 28 to go! I've made this promise to myself before, but in the past once I've made it a few days and start feeling better, I start getting ambitious about losing weight, which leads to restricting, which of course leads to more binging. This time I want to avoid the all-or-nothing behavior and stick to my goal, even when I hit the inevitable setbacks. Would love some support and accountability as I try to make it through this month, and would love to be of support to anyone else who struggles with this issue!0

I could use some support too. I fell off the bandwagon pretty hard before the holidays. It was the same cycle, I did good for while, felt great, then slipped a bit and that led to an all out avalanche. I'm on day 2 of eating "normal" and I'm already hungry.0

Thank you for all of the support, everyone! I've met some phenomenal people, and I'm so glad we're able to support each other on this journey!0
