I am not drinking diet pop its been 3 days but I am starting to overeat to compensate please say a prayer for me I am struggling

    I know you asked for prayer and not advise so I will pray for sure.:drinker: I do have 1 hint that I used to get off POP, have you tried soda water with lemon or lime? The sodium might be an issue for you. Some restaurants don't even charge when you order. When I feel the need for the bubbly I would grab one of those and it always seemed to help. I will fill my wine glass with soda with lemon or lime and that keeps me away from the wine.

    When you want a pop, brush your teeth. The minty left behind taste doesn't match with many foods.

    Divert your attention, do something with your hands besides reaching for something to eat/drink.

    Suck on a hard candy that doesn't contain lots of sugar.

    Chew sugar free gum to get your salivia flowing.
