WEIGHT TRAINING
I am 60 years old and need to lose 50 pounds. I am just starting out but I know I need to do weight training too. Reached Maintenance
I have reached my goal of 129 lbs. MFP has been so helpful to me. All of you guys have been such an inspiration and this site has kept me accountable. Now on to staying at goal weight and maybe a lb or two below. I plan to continue to log and do my 10,000 steps per day.

Belly skin
