I'm new to this group. I'm 62 and need to lose 50 lbs. I refuse to think that is not possible because I am over 60 years old. I'm so active and busy all the time. I work full time, and I "feel" young. Isn't 60 the new 50? or 40?

Hello, I am looking for a support group to help push me to change my diet and keep upbeat instead of discouraged. I used to be fairly good at motivation when I first joined MFP in 2017.
Hi everyone! I took a few months off after being on MFP for many years. I'll be 62 this year, and I'm ready to get healthy again. Looking forward to reading posts and making new friends.
Hello, everyone! I headed back to the gym a few weeks ago, and am loving it. Because I had injured my knee in July, I'm only working out on the low-end stationary bike, three days a week. My knee feels great and I've lost about five pounds. Carol
