Anyone have a good one? I'd like to try something new. I still love them with butter, but I really like tyring new things too.

My default is to mash white potatoes and sweet potatoes together with butter and a bit of milk, make a big pot and freeze in small portions.

I like to take the boiled potato (or roasted) that I usually have left over and then refry it in the fat from the pastured meat patties I cooked for my meal. It gets nice and salty and rich.
Though of late I have switched to squashes (butternut yesterday) as I read somewhere that the lignan phytoestrogens in squash might be better than the isoflavones in the sweet potatos for my particular medical condition.

I've been wanting to try this recipe... http://juliasalbum.com/2013/03/stuffed-sweet-potatoes-for-breakfast/
I made something similar for Christmas morning with delicata squash (which I was overrun with from my winter CSA) but I think a well-seasoned sweet potato would be better!

By the way, if anyone wants to share recipe ideas on Pinterest I'm all for that! http://www.pinterest.com/bethanylaugh/
