I'm sure there are some PHD'ers out here somewhere. Just checking in.
So one thing I remember about this book is that they recommend eating organ meats periodically. The problem is that unless it's made into a nice paté, liver tastes like @$$. Has anyone had any success getting to enjoy organ meats?

continued from intro chat! I am with Shar, I stick to meat and veggies UNLESS the restaurant has an allergen menu that I can view from the table (online or printed out). Having worked in restaurants I don't have any fear of asking really specific questions about the oils they use, etc. Sometimes it results in the waitress…
