Day 1 of 2014 (and supposed to be 1st day of JMBR) and i am sick. My husband tested poisitve for influenza A at the ER on Sunday night and by Monday after work i was feeling crappy. Now i am very sick, so hopefully it doesnt last too much longer!

Hope it is not the flu!
My entire family passed around some horrible virus this month. Dr. Said it wasn't the flu, but I wonder. . .
I have officially not been able to breathe now for 3 weeks. Every time I think it is over, it comes back. It is a good thing that exercising actually helps the congestion! ( I don't feel bad, just can't breathe.)

There is really something going around. I haven't been able to start yet either due to illness. My cough sounds like I'm trying to hack up a lung. I finally got on antibiotics & hope to start next Monday 1/13.0

I know I will hit some scheduling issues, definitely around the end of February. I am just thinking ahead. If you miss a couple of workouts, should you re do the week? What does everyone think?0
