I just realized that at the end of this week I will be halfway through the program! Wow going by fast! I still have not lost any weight, but my upper abs are more defined and the middle abs are peeking through. How are the rest of you doing?
I started phase 2 today. It is DEFINITELY harder than phase 1. No advanced modifications for me on this one! I could do most of the advanced stuff for phase 1, and I was using 10, 12, and 15 lb weights. I barely got through the regular version of workout 5, and mostly I used the 5 lb weights! Looking for ideas & thoughts and just curious what others are doing. I keep meaning to get in extra cardio or strength but the only day I've managed to do it is on my off day. I have to admit that I do that mainly because eating only 1200 calories with no bonus for exercise is daunting since I love food!
