Finished W1

I posted on the BR general board and realised there's a group for Jan start so reposting here~
Ok~ I finished JM 30DS and RI30 during October-December and had started on 6W6P and got to week4 before I hit Christmas.
I thought of finishing 6W6P but I got bored of the exact same routine (though I LOVE 6W6P) so I thought I would give myself a break and start Body Revolution starting Jan 2nd.
I just completed my W1 and I did additional cardio but cycled instead of doing JM's cardio because i didn't want to get bored.
I did this partly also because I piled on weight during xmas and wanted to motivate myself again.
My body at the moment just feels like a wreck! There's basically no part of me that isn't in some form of pain. lol
Today's break is much needed!
In one week though, I have lost the fat I gained during xmas I was at fat KG around 13 and now down to 11.8.
I'm tracking fat instead of weight because I don't have a lot of weight to lose and I gain weight because of muscle gain.
I haven't measured myself yet, I guess I will do that tomorrow morning.
Anyway, really enjoying BR so far! I hear it gets hard very quickly so a bit nervous but so inspiring to hear of all the results posted here.

Just about to finish week 2. I am definitely looking forward to my rest day on Sunday. I am pushing hard on the workouts, and most of the time I was able to do the more difficult modifications, and use my heaviest weights (I even used my 15's,). If it gets much harder, I won't be "upping it", though.
This is definitely a tough workout, I am looking forward to moving on to workouts 3 and 4!0 -
Welcome aboard clara!
Good luck tigerblue!
I'm about to start 3 tomorrow as well. I previewed it yesterday to remind myself since it's been almost a year since I did it the first time. There is a definite step change from 1-2 to 3-4 and 3 is very shoulder intensive. I may have to modify some of the shoulder moves to avoid putting too much stress on the repair for now and it will be challenging but definitely doable.
We got this!0 -
Astronut, thx for the warning! I really pushed on 1 and 2 since I am not really a beginner, just new to body revolution. I was definitely ready for my rest day today! Looking forward to trying 3 and 4. I usually don't push so hard the first time on a workout since I like getting familiar with the moves first. So that is probably good, since I still feel tired today!0

Hey Astronut thanks.
Good to know about what's coming ahead on 3! I was suppose to start it this Thursday but I am thinking of repeating week 2 from today until Saturday just so I get Sunday as my off day. I started on the 2nd and find the mid week off day doesn't really work well for me. Anyway something to look forward to next week!
Good luck!0
