Finished W2 Started W3

Ok~ So as of yesterday, I have finished W2 and today started W3.
Weeks 1-2 were pretty easy and I got bored of the Cardio so mixed in with a few others.
It's short and quick but still got a bit repetitive. To be honest, cardio workouts in general are not my favourites.
Week 1, I did with light weights, and week 2, I did with 5.5lbs weights.

I think after two weeks, I'm finally back to pre Christmas measurements!
My weight decreased by a 59.9 to 58.5 so -1.4KG so far.
My weight is still higher than pre christmas which was 57.8 but getting there!


Week3 definitely pushed harder. So far I really like BR!
It goes by so quickly but by the end of it, I was drenched in sweat.
I hope to get some real results hopefully in the next two weeks!

    I started also week 3 at the weekend. Training 3 was ok but 4 was hard... have SORE butt today :)

    3 and 4 were definitely a bit harder than 1 and 2.
    My fitness seem to improve quite quickly though.
    First two days I was sweating and was out of breath, but by day 4 and 5 I was much better.
    I didn't think any of the moves were particularly hard to follow, most I had seen from 30DS, RI30, and 6W6P.
    I didn't think I'd worked that hard for day 4 or 5 but my muscles were quite sore the day after the workout!
